What we’re finding is that prices have been channeling for quite some time after the market correction of 2007/2008. Yet while Palos Verdes home prices and South Bay real estate prices tested the support line briefly, low inventory/high demand quickly corrected that divergence and prices not only went back into the channel, but in late 2012 burst through the resistance line to the top side.
