Palos Verdes school board candidates
to meet at forum

The three candidates for two seats on the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District board will meet at a forum Tuesday night in Rolling Hills Estates.

Those running are incumbent Larry Vanden Bos, school district employee Erin LaMonte and Dianna Chooljian, a doctor from Palos Verdes Estates.

The event is co-sponsored by the district’s Parent Teacher Association and the local chapter of the League of Women Voters.

It’s from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the community room of the Peninsula Center Library, 701 Silver Spur Road.
